Resetting Your Password

To access Facility Scheduler, users must enter a username and password. Periodically, your password will need to be reset.

To reset your password:

  1. On the Facility Scheduler login page, click Password Reset.
  2. On the Password Reset page, enter your Login Name (3-4 ID) and Domain (if needed).
  3. Click Submit.
  4. A password reset notification will be sent to the email address associated with your account.  
  5. Open the email and click the link to reset your Facility Scheduler password.
  6. Answer the security question and click Submit.
  7. An email containing a temporary password will be sent.
  8. Open the email, copy the temporary password, and click the link to open the login screen.
  9. Enter your Username, the temporary Password, and Domain (if needed).
  10. Click Login.
  11. On the Change Password page, re-enter your Login Name.
  12. Enter the temporary password in the Old Password field.  
  13. Enter a New Password. The password must comply with the following requirements:
  14. Contains at least 7 characters.
  15. Includes at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, AND one number.
  16. Re-enter the password in the Confirm Password field.
  17. Click Save.
  18. Facility Scheduler opens displaying the Welcome screen.
